Business Philosophy. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. I spent the first year in Real Estate focusing on Education, and was able to earn my Notary Commission, Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Then I earned my Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, and I also have earned my e-PRO designation. I am a great listener and will work hard to help you find your dream home or sell your current home.

I have been a full-time Realtor since 2005. I am a resident of Livermore since 2002. I spent twelve years in Sales and Marketing in the Los Angeles area, focusing in on Customer Service. I believe in continuing education and have received several designations, Staging, Negotiations, Senior specialist and e-Pro.
